"I've been with State Farm for a long time and until recently never had a negative experience. I spoke with Kayleigh about adding a vehicle to my policy and I'm not surprised to see another review by Wanda describing an experience similar to mine. To start, State Farm has no issue calling me repeatedly to offer life insurance that I've declined each time. They also like to call to schedule policy reviews that result in nothing more than them offering me life insurance yet again. They call and leave messages while I'm at work but over the last six months or so when I call the office during business hours the phone is rarely answered. When I did finally get someone on the phone about adding the vehicle I was buying Kayleigh was very short with me and sounded as if she was annoyed that she had to help me. I went through the start a quote process in the app the day before so all of the vehicle information was already provided and there wasn't much to go through. To start she told me what the monthly cost would be for the truck. Being my first time owning a truck I simply asked if trucks were more expensive to insure because the cost was twice as much as another car I recently had that was newer and had a similar value. She sounded very annoyed and provided her explanation as if I should've known better than to ask that question. She said with an attitude that my other cars on the policy were much older but I was mentioning a vehicle that I sold and was no longer on the policy. She then said we could take a look at the deductible to lower the monthly cost if I wanted. I was going to just decline after the way she had treated my previous question but I was curious how big the difference would be so I decided to go ahead with it. She was clearly annoyed that I wanted to know the other deductible options. She provided the costs and they were not that much different so I decided to keep the $500 deductible and she again spoke with irritation in her voice as if it was a waste of her time for me to know my deductible options. After many years of easy communication and pleasant exchanges it's discouraging that lately I've found it difficult to talk to someone and when I finally did I was treated as a waste of time."

"I’ve been with State Farm for many years and have had pleasant experiences IN THE PAST. I received a call from Kayleigh about a life policy. Shortly afterwards I decided I didn’t want to go through with what she offered. She became very hostile, unprofessional, rude and short with me. She claimed she never had a client change their mind before adding she didn’t know how to reverse my change. It was the worst experience I’ve had with State Farm. She called me back the following day and stated the reversal was processed and that it would take a couple days to be completed in the system. I had a few more questions which triggered her anger ONCE AGAIN. She was short with me and appeared to still be angry. It’s sad that people are made to feel as if they can’t ask questions ABOUT THEIR MONEY!!! She felt like she had the authority to dictate to me how I could pay this extra money for this policy. I ultimately moved all of my policies to a different agent. I wonder if Josh is aware that Kayleigh is driving people away with her unprofessionalism and lack of people skills. EVERYONE should be treated with the same respect."
